Shipping and Policies
We offer free shipping Australia wide. All orders are shipped via Australia Post within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, depending on your location, Australia Post will usually deliver within 2-6 business days.
If you are purchasing a pre-order item plus additional products that are in stock, your entire order will be shipped together by the pre-order due date.
We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur once your parcel is with Australia Post. All items are inspected and appropriately packaged prior to being shipped. However, we will endeavour to assist you in recovering any lost items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges will only be offered if the product is faulty or not as described. Returns or exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
An exchange can be arranged for wrong sizing, but the buyer is responsible for additional postage costs. Contact must be made within 10 business days of item being received, and the item must be return in new/unworn condition
